Due to covid-19, Shipping delays may occur
Please allow 5-7 business days for your orders to process. Once orders are fulfilled and packaged, it will be shipped via United States Postal Service. First Class and 3-day Priority shipping available at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only from 9-5 est. Orders that are placed on weekends, Holidays or after 5 pm are processed the next business day.
It is imperative that you insert the correct shipping address AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT, in order to make sure you receive you package. If your package was returned to us due to incorrect address, you are responsible for paying for shipping again.
Tracking information on shipment will be sent to the email of the order once fulfilled.
We are not responsible for USPS delays or Lost/Stolen Packages. There may be a delay due to COVID-19 in certain areas. The Only USPS Shipping Service Guaranteed is 3-day Priority and First Class Packages.
**Delicate items that are prone to melting during transit such as body butters are packaged with extra measures including insulated wrap and ice packs to prevent melting.
